In the event that your service contract is cancelled, service will be delivered for the current month, though you will not be charged for the month thereafter. When taking advantage of our up front discounts, with an up front payment of service in advance, we have a strict No Refund policy. Completion and submission of any Antishop.us registration authorises antishop.us to charge the credit card specified in your registration for all such fees corresponding to the selected Antishop.us service. Unless stated otherwise on antishop.us’s web pages applicable to a given Antishop.us service, each Antishop.us service will be provided and will automatically renew, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or yearly, depending upon the term selected by you when you signed up for the Antishop.us services), until cancelled in accordance with this section. Your credit card will be charged in advance for the following applicable term’s service. In order to avoid the full fee for any new subscription period, you must cancel the Antishop.us service BEFORE the new period begins. You agree to pay and be solely responsible and liable for all charges associated with any of the paid search engines or any other third party accounts, including, without limitation accounts with the paid search engines, whether opened directly by you or opened by antishop.us on your behalf, arising out of your use or access of the services or otherwise. Neither antishop.us shall not have any responsibility or liability for any such charges, costs or liabilities. You will not make any claim to any paid search engine that you will not pay the charges to your account with the particular paid search engine as a result of the actions of antishop.us for any other reason. Any failure to pay the amounts due under these Terms of Use will be a material breach of your obligations under these Terms of Use. Without limiting any other remedies available to antishop.us , YOU AGREE TO FULLY REIMBURSE antishop.us FOR ANY COSTS AND EXPENSES THAT antishop.us MAY INCUR IN CONNECTION WITH COLLECTING OR ATTEMPTING TO
COLLECT ANY SUCH UNPAID AMOUNTS. For accounts with the paid search engines or any other third party accounts opened directly by you or by antishop.us on your behalf, you will need to contact such paid search engines directly yourself in order to cancel or terminate your particular paid search account with the appropriate paid search engine. antishop.us shall not give any refunds for unspent money amounts that may be in any or all of the paid search engines accounts upon cancellation.
We ensure the onsite IT support services upto your satisfaction and if in case you want to terminate our services, Development Resources offers refund to all its customers who has taken services and wants to terminate the same within 7 days excluding the registration charges, post that the refund or termination will be on a pro-rate basis for the service that are classified under the subscription.

Beyond the fact that issue was not provided with a satisfactory resolution, please mention the reason for the refund or termination and under such request a reply will be sent via a registered email address and an intimation via the phone as well after it has been determined that a refund/return is necessary.

In case you (customer) is not satisfied with the onsite IT support services/product provided, the commitments made and wants an immediate return, the same will be returned to the credit card or bank account or PayPal account whichever is applicable at the time of purchase.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us if you have any problems with an order or need to make a return and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please read the complete details of our Return Policy below.

Most products may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. Products with a different return policy/period will have the return policy/period indicated on the product information page. Please make sure all returned products are in their original condition, with factory packaging, manual, blank warranty card, accessories, etc. We will only refund the original shipping costs if the return is a result of our own error.

Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to assess a minimum restocking fee of 20% or $40, whichever is greater, for products that are blemished, or are returned with missing/damaged factory packaging or accessories. We may charge you for the full cost of replacing any missing items or accessories if the cost exceeds 20% of the product value.

Refused or undelivered shipments
Items returned to us due to failed or refused delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee or $35, whichever is greater. Items that must be re-shipped will incur the same shipping charges that apply to the original order.

Exceptions
We cannot accept a return if:

A product shows signs of user abuse, improper modifications or usage, or improper installation.
A product has a missing or altered serial number or UPC label (the bar code label on the factory box), or if the entire factory box is missing.
A return product’s serial number does not match that of the original product we shipped.
A product is returned after 30 days of receipt.
A product is returned without a valid RMA number.
A product is damaged during return shipment from improper packing (we recommend that you pack all products properly and that you use an insured shipping service with tracking information such as FedEx or UPS).
A software or media product has been opened.
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we inspect and test all products for return acceptance. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed; your refund will be issued or a replacement will be shipped only after we have evaluated the returned item(s). It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for your credit to be processed and issued to your credit card. How to return a product?
Please e-mail or call us to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Products returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Please ship the item(s) back to us within 7 business days of receiving your RMA number (an RMA number is only valid for 7 business days after it is issued).

NOTE: All merchandise purchased from Dail2Buy is sold in the original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor.

Please place the original factory box inside a separate shipping box when you ship the product back to us (unless we shipped the factory box to you alone without a separate outside box). Please do not place stickers or shipping labels directly on the original factory package.

All products purchased online from our website carry the full, original manufacturer’s warranty, or Jinigram’s warranty, as indicated on the product information page. You can contact us or the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
